Emerald Street Designs is a handcrafted gemstone jewelry brand founded by Darla McLemore, offering necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets for sale through this Site

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to describe and photograph every piece accurately, including materials such as .925 sterling silver, 18kt gold, white rhodium, and the type of stone used in each design. Because pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, or stone placement between the photo and the piece you receive are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.

6. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase that item. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an item being out of stock, even after you've received an order confirmation email. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for every order.

7. Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders shipped within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within our standard processing window, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

9. Product Care

With proper care, your Emerald Street Designs pieces are made to last. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotion and perfume, and storing pieces separately to avoid scratching.

If you create an account on our Site, you're responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
