What is your shipping policy?
We carefully inspect and package every Emerald Street Designs order before it leaves us, so your jewelry arrives beautifully and ready to enjoy.
Standard U.S. Shipping — $7.95
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $149 or more.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
We offer a refund or exchange for eligible items returned within 15 days of purchase date.
Returned items must include a sales receipt or packing slip. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and in sellable condition. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
Please allow 15 days for your return to be processed, after received in our returns department. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
