And I have to admit, I love this trend.
Because unlike some trends that require an entirely new wardrobe, the cuff does exactly what I think great jewelry should do:

After years of very delicate, barely-there jewelry dominating our feeds, jewelry is getting noticed again.
We're seeing more substantial pieces, sculptural shapes, bold gold and silver, oversized bangles and jewelry with personality.
And the cuff fits beautifully into that shift.
It's strong enough to stand on its own, which means you don't need to spend much time figuring out what to pair with it.
Put it on, and suddenly a very simple outfit feels intentional.
That's one of the reasons I think the cuff works particularly well for women who want to experiment with statement jewelry but aren't interested in looking overdone.

The good news?
There really aren't many rules.
But there are a few combinations I especially love.

This might be the easiest place to start.
A simple black dress gives a beautiful cuff plenty of room to be noticed.
Keep the rest of your jewelry fairly understated and let the bracelet become the focal point.
It's simple. It's polished. And it works just as beautifully for dinner as it does for an event.

This may actually be my favorite.
Jeans. A button-down. Sleeves pushed or rolled up. And one incredible cuff.
There's something about pairing a stronger piece of jewelry with very uncomplicated clothing that makes the whole outfit feel more modern.
You haven't tried too hard.
You've just added one really good finishing touch.
3. Let It Show
If you're going to wear a cuff, don't hide it.
Sleeveless tops and dresses are perfect, of course, but you can also roll or push up your sleeves so the bracelet has some breathing room.
This is one of those pieces that's meant to be seen.
Let it be seen.
4. Try It With Your Everyday Basics
Please don't save your cuff for special occasions.
Wear it with the black tank.
Wear it with the T-shirt.
Wear it with your favorite sweater when the sleeves allow it.
Wear it to lunch.
